AB InBev owns some of the world’s most popular beers – from Corona and Budweiser, to Stella Artois, Jupiler, Beck’s and more. So it’s no wonder careers at AB InBev are sought after – and competition is tough.
But that’s what sets them apart. Those who succeed at AB InBev are ambitious, bold, curious and resilient. They thrive on challenges. And they’re relentless in their pursuit of success.
Using these insights, I worked closely with the client – through collaborative emails and long workshops involving global stakeholders – to craft an employer brand proposition and narrative that authentically portrayed their distinctive characteristics and culture.
Once the employer brand was established, I worked on a variety of assets to bring it to life. These ranged from website content and social media posts to videos, interviews and more.
